When you enter or scan a 21-character BPAN (Battery Pack Aadhaar Number) into our decoder, the alphanumeric string is processed purely in memory to compute its regulatory fields (chemistry, voltage, manufacturing date, and safety class). We do not save, database, or transmit your individual vehicle or battery serial number.
2. Newsletter & Email Communications
If you voluntarily subscribe to our EV Battery Intelligence updates, your email address is securely stored in our local database solely to send you battery degradation reports and MoRTH policy updates. You may unsubscribe at any time with a single click using the link provided in every newsletter.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We use lightweight, privacy-focused analytics to track overall aggregate site usage (such as page views and general geographic country). We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site trackers or sell user profiles to advertisers.
